Matthew 18:10-14
10 “See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven. 12 What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them has gone astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go in search of the one that went astray? 13 And if he finds it, truly, I say to you, he rejoices over it more than over the ninety-nine that never went astray. 14 So it is not the will of my Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.

None among you should be despised. Even the little ones or frail ones should be expected. Thus, even the lost sheep of Israel must be tracked down and brought into the fold. These Lost Sheep bring great joy to the Father. Just as whenever a saint is called to faith God and the Angels rejoice.
This means it is the duty of every saint to search for other saints. It is also their responsibility to protect the ninety-nine. The saints are to help build each other up. Sometimes this means correcting one another when we stray. other times this means forgiving the sins of each other as we come to repentance. The idea is not to divide the flock but to strengthen those in the flock even the Little ones.
Do not look down upon any of the saints of God. Jesus Christ our Lord has called us out of darkness into his marvelous light. He has searched all the mountains and fields for you. He has searched out his Saints and brings them back. All those who have gone astray will be brought back. The Father does not desire to lose any of His Saints or little ones.
